It is our mission to create an environment inclusive of all levels, body types, and genders. We have worked to ensure the programming is accessible for all, even individuals trying yoga for the first time.
Yes, we will have a full day of kids' activities from field day games, and freeze dance parties to fun classes for kids and families to enjoy together. Kids 12 and under are FREE. Our programming will be suitable for kids ages 2+.
No, the festival is about 50% indoor and 50% outdoor with the majority of the classes and workshops happening indoors.
The vendor alley will be open from 10 am until 6 pm with select vendors staying later into the day.
Yes, we will have a variety of food vendors from tacos to American fare, all offering vegetarian options.
We are committed to being as green as possible. We highly recommend the use of public transportation, bikes, scooters, or the use of carpool & rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft. Among the most convenient ways to access ONE Fest is by LYNX Light Rail which is within walking distance. The closest Light Rail stop is the New Bern Station which is only .3 miles away, which is about a 2-minute walk.

Details: Just a 2-minute car ride or a 6-minute walk to Lenny Boy Brewing Co.
Overflow Parking Options:
1. Parking Lot
Address: 3750 South Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28217
Details: A quick 4-minute car ride or a 19-minute walk to Lenny Boy Brewing Co.
2. SP+ Parking
Address: 401 S Graham St, Charlotte, NC 28202
Details: Approximately a 9-minute car ride or a 50-minute walk to Lenny Boy Brewing Co. We recommend opting for an Uber if you choose to park here.
3. SP+ Parking
Address: 160 S Poplar St, Charlotte, NC 28202
Details: Around a 10-minute car ride or a 60-minute walk to Lenny Boy Brewing Co. We advise using Uber for transportation from this parking spot.

We will have mats available for rent for $10. We will require your driver's license to be left behind until the mat is returned.
This is a rain-or-shine event and much of the programming is indoors. If you choose to participate outdoors, the risk of weather conditions is assumed by the attendee.
