Embrace the energy of the harvest season and join us on Thursday, Oct 3rd from 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM at Lenny Boy Brewing Co in South End for a Harvest-Themed Glow-in-the-Dark Yoga & Creative Movement Experience! 🍂🧘‍♀️

As we transition into the Ayurvedic season of Vata, which is all about grounding and nourishment, this event is designed to help you reconnect with your inner light and the rhythms of nature. Under the magic of neon lights and glowing vibes, we'll flow through an accessible yoga practice that honors the season's energy, followed by creative movement to celebrate abundance and community.

What makes this event even more special is the community we create together. Dancing Lotus Yoga is dedicated to inclusivity and connection, and we’re excited to gather in this warm and welcoming space to celebrate the gifts of the harvest and the harmony of the season.

Important things to know:

• This is an indoor practice in a spacious, open area.
• We'll provide water-based glow body paint (non-toxic), glow sticks, temporary tattoos, and glow accessories.
• Doors open at 6:30 PM; please arrive and check in by 6:45 PM if you'd like to apply paint and accessories.
• The yoga class starts at 7:00 PM and ends by 8:00 PM, followed by a community hangout until 8:30 PM.

What to bring:

• Yoga Mat (limited mats available if needed)
• Towel for your car seat to protect from the glow paint (optional)
• Water bottle
• Your positive energy and a spirit ready to celebrate!
